Avocado Raspberry & Crumbled Cheese Toast

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of Ezekiel bread, or organic rye bread
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 oz high quality feta, or blue cheese crumbles
  • sea salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork and spread it on toasted bread.
  3. Top with halved raspberries.
  4. Crumble cheese over the top.
  5. Sprinkle sea salt & pepper to taste.
