Coriander Sole

Ingredients

  • 2 fillets of sole
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons white wine (tolerated)
  • 2 sprigs of fresh coriander
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate 2 fillets of sole for 1 - 2 hours in a mixture of lemon juice and white wine in equal parts, seasoned with fresh coriander, salt and pepper.
  2. Brown in a non-stick pan with the marinade. Sprinkle with coriander before serving.
