Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of sliced almonds
  • 4 tablespoons of salsa

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Beat eggs in a small bowl, and pour into the skillet.
  3. Cook for 1 minute and turn heat to medium-low.
  4. Cook for about 2-4 minutes longer.
  5. Top with the almonds, avocado and salsa.
