Snapper Sauteed with Lemon Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 oz of red snapper
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable broth or water
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of caper juice Dash of garlic powder
  • Dash of onion powder
  • Dash of cayenne (optional) Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pats of unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Add dry spices to the broth and liquid ingredients.
  2. Saute the fish in sauce for 5-10 minutes until it's thoroughly cooked.
  3. With a whisk, mix small cubes of unsalted butter in with the broth, to create a lemon butter sauce.
